No, the accommodation is not cleaned in between. In consultation with the lobby you can request additional cleaning.

Our park is equipped with a barrier, which allows access only to authorized persons. At the park we operate a silence time from 11 pm to 7 am and it is not possible to drive into the park. Of course, exiting is possible 24/7.

The email you received from us contains a unique voucher code. You need to enter this code when making an online reservation.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments at the lobby. It is, of course, possible to pay by debit/credit card.

Yes, each accommodation has its own router and network.

Yes, you have a private parking space at the accommodation for one car. Any additional cars can be parked across the road, at a cost of €3.

Yes, pets are allowed only in the pet-friendly accommodations with a maximum number of 2 per accommodation. If you bring a pet you are required to indicate it in the party when making the reservation. The cost of a pet will be made clear during the booking process.

There is also a dog walking strip available at the park. 

No, this is not allowed. On the park and in the harbor, pets must be leashed.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your pet into the Brasserie. Of course, it is allowed on the terrace.

For reservations and cancellations, we use the Recron conditions, which state exactly what options there are for cancelling your reservation. You can also take out cancellation insurance with us. In this case, you can cancel your booking free of charge until the day of arrival. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the amount paid.

All reservations booked more than 6 weeks prior to arrival require payment of 30% of the reservation. 

For reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire reservation must be paid.

Yes, we have a large climbing and playground equipment, a table tennis table and in the summer a water trampoline. During the vacation periods there is an entertainment program.

Yes, you can rent e-bikes, tour bikes and e-bikes. We also rent e-choppers and boat rentals are available. These can be rented at the lobby or in the MarinaParken app.

Yes, our park is located directly on the Lower Rhine. There are several spots along the water's edge where you can fish for zander, perch, bream and roach, among others. In most areas it is mandatory to be in possession of a VIS pass, which you can order online.

Yes the boat may remain in the winter.

Electricity is not included with the berth. You can purchase this for a fee of €40.00. For this you get a meter connection of 10 amps and 100 KwH.

No, you can refine a search at the search&book and mkaen a reservation with preference.

We use a coffee cup machine, usually a Nespresso machine. This machine only works with Nespresso compatible cups. Other types of cups or coffee, such as filter coffee or pads, are not compatible with this machine. Make sure you use the right cups for optimal coffee taste!
