Yes, booking an EarlyBird is possible for a fee. EarlyBird means you may check in as early as 1pm instead of 3pm. The cost of booking an EarlyBird will be revealed during the booking process.

Yes, booking a late check-out is possible for a fee. A late check-out means that you do not have to check out until 1pm instead of 11am. The cost of booking a late check-out will be made clear during the booking process.

The lobby is open Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Yes, the beds are made for you.
Should I pick up the linen upon departure?

Yes, upon departure all beds should be taken off. The linens are to be placed in one pillowcase in the hallway.

Yes, you will receive a towel package per person. Consisting of 1 bath towel and 1 towel. For the kitchen you will receive a tea towel and towel. If you wish to extend these packages, please indicate this at the lobby.

Is it possible to rent a crib and/or high chair?
Renting a crib is unfortunately not possible, a highchair is. The cost for a high chair is € 3,-- per night.

No, the accommodation is not cleaned in between. In consultation with the lobby you can request additional cleaning.

Some accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets. You can specify this in the additional facilities section in the booking process.

Yes, toilets, showers, washbasins and washing machines/dryers are available (for a fee). The staff in the lobby will be happy to inform you further about this.

Yes, an AED is available at the park lobby. The staff present are also trained for this.

Our park is equipped with a barrier, which allows access only to authorized persons. At the park we operate a silence time from 11 pm to 7 am and it is not possible to drive into the park. Of course, exiting is possible 24/7.
How do I redeem my voucher?

The email you received from us contains a unique voucher code. You need to enter this code when making an online reservation.
What type of coffee maker is used?
What type of coffee maker is used?
We use a coffee cup machine, usually a Nespresso machine. This machine only works with Nespresso compatible cups. Other types of cups or coffee, such as filter coffee or pads, are not compatible with this machine. Make sure you use the right cups for optimal coffee taste!

Yes, each accommodation has its own router and network.
Is there parking available?

Yes, you have private parking at the accommodation for one car. Any additional cars can be parked in the parking lot at the front of the park.
Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, pets are allowed only in the pet-friendly accommodations with a maximum number of 2 per accommodation. If you bring a pet you are required to indicate it in the party when making the reservation. The cost of a pet will be made clear during the booking process.

No, this is not allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash at the park.

For reservations and cancellations, we use the Recron conditions, which state exactly what options there are for cancelling your reservation. You can also take out cancellation insurance with us. In this case, you can cancel your booking free of charge until the day of arrival. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the amount paid.

All reservations booked more than 6 weeks prior to arrival require payment of 30% of the reservation.
For reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire reservation must be paid.

These are the costs you have to pay if you choose a specific accommodation on the map. Costs are indicated during the booking process.

It is not allowed to set off fireworks on our holiday park.

Yes, provided you use an electric barbecue. Charcoal and briquettes/open flames are not allowed.

We do not accept cash payments at the lobby. It is, of course, possible to pay by debit/credit card.

Yes! For the little ones we have a children's pool (40 cm deep), in addition there is large lawn, furnished with playground equipment and a 25-meter long outdoor swimming pool. During high season and other holidays we offer a diverse entertainment program.

Yes, this is possible in the outdoor swimming pool. It is open from mid-May to mid-September from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The park has its own park store, run by Brasserie Cheers. They provide delicious fresh sandwiches and needed groceries.

No, you can refine a search and make a reservation with preference at the search&book.

Unfortunately, there are no charging stations at the park. It is also not allowed to charge from the accommodation.

Yes, it is possible to rent luxury tour bikes, E-bikes and cargo bikes.

Yes, we have a Brasserie, called Brasserie Cheers.

Of course, the park has spacious pitches and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We also have a special camper dump station and chemical toilet emptying facilities.
