These luxurious, nice, and detached vacation villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers lots of privacy, a high comfort level, and has a spacious, hardwood outdoor deck. All ingredients to enjoy an amazing time by the water.

The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower.

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

Alles was aanwezig dat is altijd erg belangrijk. Geen probleem gehad van mijn verblijf. Zeker aan te raden om frisse lucht in te ademen, genieten van de natuur en een rustige omgeving.

It was a great time, business and leisure. The room is very comfortable and modern. The linen is clean and fresh as it should be. No comments. I really liked the design of the room, the large panoramic windows connect you with the environment. It is worth noting the ducks and swan that kindly communicate with you during your stay. In general, a great experience, except for some unusual rules, but they did not affect my impression of MarinaPark Residence. 5 stars!

Prachtige nette huisjes aan het water!! Een kleinschalig knus park. Mooie omgeving, leuk om het water te verkennen, maar ook Amsterdam en Utrecht zijn goed bereikbaar binnen een half uurtje. Bakker, winkel allemaal vlakbij. De huisjes zijn van alle gemakken voorzien!

Als eerste het prachtige huis met alles erop en eraan, de ligging is perfect. Verder is het er heel relaxt en je bent er echt op vakantie.
